The Entrepreneurial Investments team provides coaching, capital, and networking to Alberta small and medium size technology-based high potential companies (entrepreneurs) in Alberta. Reporting to the Director, Capital Access, the incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Developing process documents
  • Working with various stakeholders to design and implement data collection and alignment of metrics
  • Maintaining project documentation and information records
  • Analyzing, interpreting, synthesizing and collating project data
  • Developing and implementing project communication and change management plans
  • Liaising with the program managers to keep informed of project changes and status as it relates to updates and impacts to the project
  • Providing regular status updates on programs to the program team
  • Supporting the process development to track the journey of entrepreneurs across various programs within the Investments group
  • Other project support as required
Qualifications:
  • Entering the final year of an undergraduate degree program in Business, Arts, or Sciences or recently completed an undergraduate degree
  • Other applicable work experience to demonstrate your ability to perform the job
  • Demonstrated ability to perform research and compile information into a report
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, summarize, and present findings from various data sets
  • Strong analysis, communication, and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
