to support the delivery of large-scale business and technology initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners -- including technology, operations, and product teams -- to define requirements, optimize processes, and ensure that solutions align with business objectives.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in structured environments and is comfortable working with complex systems, data, and regulatory frameworks within the financial services sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Elicit, document, and validate
business, functional, and technical requirements
through stakeholder engagement and analysis.
Translate business objectives into actionable deliverables for project and technology teams.
Conduct
process mapping, data analysis, and gap assessments
to support solution design and optimization.
Develop and maintain
BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and testing.
Support
UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
by defining test cases, reviewing results, and coordinating remediation efforts.
Identify, assess, and manage
risks, dependencies, and change impacts
across the project lifecycle.
Prepare clear, concise documentation and reports for stakeholders, including project status, findings, and recommendations.
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of progressive business analysis experience
, preferably within financial services or banking.
Proven experience delivering initiatives in at least one of the following domains:

Capital Markets:
Derivatives, trading platforms, operations, or regulatory initiatives.

Commercial Banking:
Lending, credit systems, onboarding, or digital enablement.

Personal Banking:
Payments, retail banking products, or channel transformation. Strong understanding of
SDLC methodologies
(Agile and/or Waterfall).
Demonstrated ability to work with
data, systems, and reporting tools
to support analysis and validation.
Proficiency in
Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or similar tools
.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred
Experience in
large enterprise or regulated financial institutions

Knowledge of
Clarity PPM
,
Calypso
, or other banking/financial platforms.
Familiarity with
compliance, risk, or control frameworks
.
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner) an asset.
