Offrir aux petites entreprises clientes des conseils professionnels en credit en tirant parti de votre pouvoir daEUR(TM)approbation confirme. Proposer des solutions de credit, de depat, de gestion de tresorerie et de traitement des paiements aux proprietaires daEUR(TM)entreprise afin de contribuer a leur reussite. Comprendre les besoins financiers du client, lui prodiguer des conseils en credit et en placement et lui proposer des produits et des services qui repondent a ses besoins, avec pour objectif daEUR(TM)approfondir et de rentabiliser a long terme la relation avec lui. Rechercher les occasions daEUR(TM)offrir des conseils a valeur ajoutee et daEUR(TM)orienter les clients vers les partenaires et les modes de prestation appropries. LaEUR(TM)experience acquise a ce poste peut mener a plusieurs possibilites de carriare au sein et a laEUR(TM)exterieur du Centre de conseils (p. ex. directeur de comptes daEUR(TM)entreprise, directeur daEUR(TM)equipe et poste en succursale).

Quelles seront vos taches ?

  • Offrir un environnement de vente et service reactif (appels entrants et sortants) aux clients et aux partenaires en succursale en leur donnant des renseignements et des conseils financiers sur une grande variete de produits et services lies au credit aux entreprises et aux particuliers.
  • Agir a titre daEUR(TM)expert en services aux entreprises (RBC Express, ADP et Moneris) aupras des entrepreneurs.
  • Repondre au besoin principal du client et contribuer a laEUR(TM)atteinte de ses objectifs.
  • Demontrer son engagement dans la resolution au premier appel, caEUR(TM)est-a-dire prendre en charge les problames des clients au premier point de contact.
  • Offrir une Experience client positive par la mise en pratique du principe Compassion, connexion et competence et laEUR(TM)utilisation du Guide sur laEUR(TM)Experience client.
  • Inviter et aider les clients a utiliser les technologies numeriques libre-service pour leurs operations et leurs achats, le cas echeant.
  • Participer a laEUR(TM)atteinte des objectifs de vente de laEUR(TM)unite et de laEUR(TM)equipe en offrant sans cesse des conseils financiers visant a combler laEUR(TM)ensemble des besoins financiers des clients.

Que vous faut-il pour reussir ?

Competences essentielles
  • Capacite de fonctionner de faaon autonome en teletravail : aptitudes manifestes pour la gestion du temps, laEUR(TM)organisation et la resolution de problame
  • Connaissance des produits de credit aux entreprises ou aux particuliers
  • Experience minimale de deux ans en credit aux particuliers et utilisation active du pouvoir daEUR(TM)approbation confirme, capacite de travailler en credit aux entreprises (appels entrants et sortants) afin daEUR(TM)aider les clients de faaon reactive et proactive
  • Sens aigu du service a la clientale et de la vente, passion pour la satisfaction des besoins des clients dans un environnement daEUR(TM)equipe, solides aptitudes pour la communication, les relations interpersonnelles et la negociation en anglais
  • Desir de se perfectionner continuellement, grande fascination a laEUR(TM)egard de sa clientale diverse et capacite de suivre laEUR(TM)evolution des besoins des clients, des processus et des produits
  • Disponibilite pour differents quarts de travail pendant les heures daEUR(TM)ouverture, soit du lundi au vendredi de 8 h a 22 h (HE) et le samedi de 9 h a 17 h (HE)

What is the opportunity?

Provide small business clients professional, credit advice leveraging their delegated lending authorities to provide credit solutions, deposit, cash management and payment processing needs to help them succeed as business owners. Takes a client focused approach to understanding financial needs, providing advice and proposing product/service solutions that meet all client needs with the goal of deepening client relationships and building long-term profitable relationships as it relates to both credit and investment advice needs. Looks for opportunities to offer value-added advice and refer clients to the appropriate RBC partner/alternative channel. The experience in this role can lead to several career opportunities within and outside of the Advice Centre (e.g., Business Account Manager, Team Manager, and Branch Opportunities).

What will you do?
  • Responsive, inbound and outbound sales/service to clients and branch partners through providing information and financial advice on a wide variety of business and personal lending products and services
  • Act as an expert in business services for entrepreneurs including: RBC Express, ADP and Moneris.
  • Addresses the primary need of the client and contributes to the achievement of client goals
  • Demonstrates commitment to First Call Resolution by taking ownership & accountability of client problems at first point of contact
  • Provides a positive client experience through consistent demonstration of the Care, Connection and Competence and use of the Client experience guide
  • Proactively and diligently enable clients to digitally self-serve and when applicable, buy
  • Contributes to meeting unit/team sales objectives through the consistent delivery of financial advice designed to satisfy the clientaEUR(TM)s total financial serviceaEUR(TM)s needs
  • Leverage RBC Financial Group expertise by maximizing opportunities
What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have
  • Ability to work independently as a Remote Office Employee (ROE) working in your home office with proven time management, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Business and/or Personal lending products
  • Minimum 2 years of Personal Credit Experience and actively using Designated Lending Authorities with ability to work in Onebound (Inbound and outbound) Business Credit to assists clients responsively and proactively
  • Strong customer service and sales orientation with a passion for fulfilling on client needs in a team environment along with strong English communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skill.
  • Continuous learner with a deep curiosity about his/her diverse clients and keeps up to date on changes in client needs, procedures and products
  • Flexible to work variety of shifts within the hours of operation of Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 10:00 pm EST and Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
The successful candidate will need to commit to completing and succeeding in the following as a condition of employment:
  • Small Business Financial Analysis Certification (FAC) within 3 months
  • Obtain business and personal Delegated Lending Authorities (DLA)
