Job Summary:


We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Business Administrator to join our team. This key role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, provides exceptional customer support, and manages a wide range of administrative responsibilities. The position also plays an important part in coordinating travel to our remote mine site and supporting the Human Resources department, helping to maintain a productive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage general administrative functions across the office Act as the travel coordinator for personnel traveling to and from the remote mine site Support the Human Resources department with administrative tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and employee records Handle incoming and outgoing communications Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations Prepare reports, documentation, and support internal processes as needed Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements Support company goals by maintaining a professional and organized office environment

Qualifications:



Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent degree required Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in mining, construction, or industrial settings Experience coordinating travel and/or logistics is a strong asset Exposure to or experience supporting Human Resources processes is preferred Strong communication skills--both written and verbal--with a focus on customer service Solid understanding of office procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to multitask effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality internal and external support
