What we are looking for:



Business Administrator-AR/Financial

Etobicoke, Ontario

Hybrid role

Duties and Responsibilities



Financial reconciliation and payments. Accountants receivables, corporate payments as well as TPA payments. Managing 2 trust accounts daily. Using computer software programs to manipulate data extracted Investigating and organizing within accounting and bookkeeping software Financial data entry and financial reporting Bordereau preparation and auditing Use computer software to manage reports and track financial data Manage a systematic filing system Prepare documents for the company Accountant or for Internal Auditors Verify or reconcile bank transactions, complete deposits, or issue cheque Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software such as Microsoft Excel

Qualifications



Advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, financial, and mathematical abilities Proficiency in bookkeeping programs and related software Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Collecting data from various internal and external sources to prepare analytical reports that support decision making Extremely trustworthy and professionally minded Strong business and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Effective time management skills
