Hill\'s Pet Nutrition Canada, a division of Colgate Palmolive, stands as a premier manufacturer of high-quality, science-based pet food. We are actively looking for an OMNI Channel Business Account Manager (BAM) who will be responsible for driving accelerated growth of the Hill\'s Science Diet brand, focused on growing the Quebec Pet Specialty Channel. This individual will be managing select Pet Specialty Chain customers in Quebec and Eastern Ontario, as well as managing operations between Hill\'s and Hill\'s exclusive Eastern Canada Retail Distributor, Pet Science.
The BAM\'s focus is building profitable net sales, market share, share of shelf, and distribution in the customers within Eastern Canada. The BAM will drive partnership and execution with our Eastern Distributor Pet Science, through cross-functional execution, including supply chain planning/management, and marketing collaboration. In addition, the BAM will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business and relationship with Key Large Format multi-store Retailers, as well as key Neighborhood Pet Specialty retail chains. In addition this responsibility will include building the strategy to drive growth in the unique Quebec Independent Neighborhood Pet channel. The BAM will also stay abreast of the market and competitive climate to ensure appropriate actions take place to drive the business within their channel.
