Assume responsibility for driving sales while maintaining existing customer relationships and gaining new business in the Home Category, specifically flooring.
Minimum Job Specifications:
Must have at least 5 years' experience with major retail account selling.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of communicating in professional and courteous manner with peers, clients and management.
You are a creative and curious thinker and a self-starter.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage leads, accounts, and reseller channels through consistent and proactive communication.
Manage and facilitate execution of business plans, programs and strategies with multiple cross functional teams for daily business needs.
Organize POS information, analyze and develop action plans.
Provide financial analysis utilizing the resources provided for current or completed programs, including new areas of opportunity.
Monitor industry media for suitable business opportunities.
Provide weekly reports as required.
Develop and monitor sales forecasts.
Assist and prepare sales presentations with POS analysis for sales meetings/business reviews.
