We are seeking a creative and passionate Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in food preparation and service. This role requires a blend of artistic talent and practical skills to enhance our customer experience through engaging presentations and exceptional service.

Duties

Prepare and present food items with artistic flair, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service and a positive dining experience. Manage time effectively to meet service demands during peak hours.

Skills

Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is highly desirable. Ability to serve food professionally while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
