Job Description
The Security Supervisor at Armor Security is responsible for leading and supervising our security team to ensure the highest level of safety and security for our clients assets and personnel. This role involves overseeing security operations, implementing Armor Securitys protocols, and responding efficiently to security incidents.
- Lead and supervise security personnel.
- Schedule and assign duties.
- Enforce security protocols and policies.
- Monitor access control systems and alarms.
- Respond to security breaches and emergencies.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Collaborate with law enforcement.
- Report incidents to management and clients.
- Oversee fire safety and equipment.
- Prevent theft and vandalism.
- Investigate incidents and take appropriate action.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus).
- Security Guard License
- Previous security experience with a minimum of 2 years
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Armor Securitys security systems, protocols, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions and remain composed in high-stress situations.
- Proficiency in using Armor Securitys specific security equipment and technology.
