Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in nutraceutical, food, pharma, cosmetic, and related industries

Understand client testing requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams
Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and service agreements
Represent the company in virtual meetings, networking events, and industry discussions
Track leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM or tracking tools
Provide market feedback to support service expansion and strategic planning
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and expand existing client base.
Lead negotiations with potential clients, partners, and vendors to secure beneficial agreements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget parameters.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support growth objectives.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, and operations to align efforts toward common goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

Skills
