Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Superintendent to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and mechanical knowledge, ensuring that all building systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Duties



Supervise and manage daily operations of the building, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. Maintain low voltage systems, ensuring they operate within safety standards. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers, to minimize downtime. Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify potential issues before they escalate. Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations as necessary.

Experience



Experience in a supervisory role within building maintenance or facilities management is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge is an asset. Experience working with low voltage systems and logic controllers is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
