Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Superintendent to oversee building operations and ensure the efficient, safe, and quality-driven production process. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, This role involves maintaining equipment, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily building operations, ensuring the building cleaning standards are met while maintaining safety standards. Schedule, track, and document maintenance activities. Coordinate with trades and management teams to plan upgrades or repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
Proven management experience with supervisory responsibilities in a building setting. Knowledge of building management and cleaning. Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a thriving building operation while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
