The Building Manager team is Responsible for
:
Addressing residents' concerns either themselves or involving our maintenance team or the property manager if needed
Facilitating work orders and performing minor maintenance
Showing vacant apartment to prospective residents, completing applications and leases
Carrying out various administrative duties/paperwork, use of company provided smartphone and email is required
Monitoring activity throughout the building, ensuring residents and their guests adhere to Drewlo policies
Maintaining fire safety logs
Maintaining exterior walkways during winter months
Covering a sister building on their superintendent's day off (the sister building covers for yours)
Presenting themselves and Drewlo Holdings in a friendly, professional manner to all current and prospective tenants
Executing the turn-over procedure of suites to new tenants, including cleaning of the suite
We're looking for Building Managers to bring:
Renting/sales skills
Top-notch customer service skills
Handy/basic maintenance skills
Capable of maintaining high cleanliness standards independently
A history of property management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,000.00-$4,250.00 per month
