Nous recherchons un gestionnaire d'immeuble fiable, organise et proactif pour superviser les operations quotidiennes de nos immeubles residentiels. Le candidat ideal sera responsable d'assurer le bon entretien des batiments, de soutenir adequatement les locataires et de veiller a ce que toutes les taches administratives et operationnelles soient executees efficacement.

Responsabilites :



Superviser les operations quotidiennes de l'immeuble et assurer l'entretien des aires communes et des installations Gerer les communications, demandes et plaintes des locataires de maniere professionnelle et rapide Coordonner les reparations, l'entretien et les inspections avec les entrepreneurs et fournisseurs de services Effectuer des rondes regulieres des immeubles afin d'identifier les problemes et garantir le respect des standards Gerer les entrees et sorties des locataires, incluant la remise des cles et les inspections des logements Faire respecter les regles de l'immeuble, les reglements et les clauses du bail Tenir a jour les dossiers des demandes de travaux, les depenses et les dossiers des locataires Soutenir le processus de perception des loyers et effectuer les suivis necessaires Participer a la mise en oeuvre des travaux d'amelioration, renovations et projets de valorisation Preparer et soumettre des rapports lies aux operations, a l'entretien et aux questions des locataires

Qualifications :



Experience prealable en gestion immobiliere, gestion d'immeuble ou domaine connexe Excellentes competences organisationnelles, communicationnelles et en resolution de problemes Capacite a superviser les entrepreneurs et a coordonner efficacement les travaux d'entretien Connaissance de base des systemes de batiment (plomberie, electricite, CVAC) -- un atout Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement Connaissance d'un logiciel de gestion immobiliere -- un atout

La maitrise de la plateforme Hopem est un atout important

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Building Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the buildings are well-maintained, tenants are properly supported, and all administrative and operational tasks are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities:



Oversee daily building operations and ensure all common areas and facilities are well maintained Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections with contractors and service providers Conduct regular property walkthroughs to identify issues and ensure building standards are met Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including key handovers and unit condition reports Enforce building rules, regulations, and lease terms Maintain accurate records of work orders, expenses, and tenant files Support rent collection processes and follow-up when required Assist in implementing building upgrades, renovations, and value-add projects Prepare and submit reports related to building operations, maintenance, and tenant matters

Qualifications:



Previous experience in property management, building management, or a related field Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to supervise contractors and coordinate maintenance work effectively Basic understanding of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) is an asset Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with property management software is preferred

Knowledge of the Hopem management platform is a strong asset


Working Conditions:



On-site presence required Occasional availability outside regular working hours for urgent matters
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
