Responsibilities

:


Show suites to prospective tenants and respond to leasing inquiries Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including walkthroughs and documentation Perform routine building maintenance and basic repairs (painting, replacing faucets, clearing minor clogs, changing locks) Maintain cleanliness in common areas and ensure vacant units are in ready-to-show condition Respond to tenant concerns and emergencies in a timely, solution-oriented manner Accurately track rent payments, fees, parking, and tenancy documentation Coordinate with vendors for specialized repair work when needed Support compliance with the BC Residential Tenancy Act Remain on-call for urgent issues or scheduled appointments outside regular hours

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service required Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor General handyperson abilities including minor plumbing, painting, and basic repairs Comfortable using tools and completing light maintenance independently Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Highly organized with strong communication skills and attention to detail Able to remain on-call for emergencies, unit showings, and tenant coordination as required Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Must reside on-site at
