Supervise workers and projects Co-ordinate and schedule activities Train or arrange for training Set up machines and equipment Estimate costs and materials Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Leading/instructing individuals Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
