Building Maintenance Technician

to join our team and help ensure our facility in

Sedgwick

is operating smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in general maintenance and repairs to work in a steady, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural issues Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems Maintain cleanliness and safety in mechanical and common areas Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:

Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and time management High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience EPA or HVAC certification Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience
