We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Building Renovation Worker

to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of renovation tasks including demolition, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and other general construction duties. Projects include residential and commercial buildings, both interior and exterior.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general construction and renovation tasks, including demolition, framing, drywall installation, taping, mudding, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry. Safely operate hand and power tools. Maintain a clean and organized worksite, following all safety protocols. Work collaboratively with other tradespeople, subcontractors, and team members. Communicate project updates or issues to supervisors as needed. Ensure timely completion of work in accordance with project timelines and quality standards. Need to be available nights and weekends for emergencies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in building renovation or general construction (2+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and methods. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices on construction sites. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $33,523.15-$80,761.04 per year
