Hiring: Building Maintenance Technician (On-Call) - Multiple Properties | Edmonton

Wage: $25-$35/hour (Based on Experience)

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team on an 'on-call' basis. This position involves servicing and maintaining multiple residential and commercial properties across Edmonton

Key Responsibilities:

General maintenance and repair work (plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.)
Responding to emergency maintenance calls
Performing routine inspections of buildings and systems
Minor landscaping and seasonal upkeep
Coordinating with property management for service needs
Requirements:

Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Basic tools and equipment an asset
Flexibility to respond to after-hours and weekend calls as needed
Compensation:

$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
