As the Building Inventory Technician, you will be responsible for developing, planning and managing a diverse portfolio of buildings and facilities to ensure optimum use of available assets. Primary duties include:Manage data related to building and facility processes and information systems including the verification, analysis and reconciliation of existing data.
Facilitate meetings with various partners and work to develop and implement new business processes.
Collaborate with other City business units (Information Technology, Corporate Analytics and Innovations) to ensure Facilities building information systems and data are accurate and up to date.
Participate in proposed technology and data management initiatives.
Act as a Building Inventory Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide training and support to interested parties.
