THE WORK
Do you like to do the exact same thing every day? Neither do we! Every day is different.
We are seeking a BIM Specialist whose work forms the backbone of efforts to reduce errors, minimize material waste and enhance coordination across all trades. From pre-construction planning to on-site execution, you are essential in improving efficiency, visualizing complex systems, and detecting potential clashes or design issues before they impact the project.
The ideal candidate combines technical rigor with constructability awareness - capable of translating design intent into coordinated, field ready models and actionable quantities.
Develop and maintain discipline models in Revit
Run coordination workflows using Revizto; manage clash sets, issue tracking, and resolution logs with design and trade partners
Interpret architectural and engineering plans to create integrated building system and MEP models
Collaborate with construction team members as well as architects and engineers to ensure model accuracy and feasibility
Generate construction documents, material takeoffs, and fabrication drawings based on BIM data
Maintain consistent documentation, version control, and file organization standards
Assist in implementing BIM execution plans and company-wide modeling protocols
Update models based on project changes, field data, or redline markups
Support quality control efforts and participate in design coordination meetings
THE SKILLS
3+ years of BIM authoring and coordination experience across architecture, structure, or Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP).
Advanced proficiency in Revit (families, worksets, view templates) and Revizto for clash and issue management.
Working knowledge of LOD frameworks, IFC/COBie exchanges, and model QA/QC methodologies.
Ability to interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and submittals; awareness of constructability and sequencing.
Clear communication and documentation skills--able to align with architects, engineers, GCs, and trade partners.
