Building Envelope Project Manager

with a passion for executing high-performance building cladding and ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) projects from award to installation.

Position Summary

As the

Building Envelope Project Manager

, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of exterior cladding projects--ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while supporting collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple building envelope projects from contract award through to final installation. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation. Coordinate cross-functional work between internal teams (engineering, production, purchasing, installation). Communicate project updates and field-ready timelines to shop and clients. Liaise with clients, landlords, site supervisors, consultants, and franchise partners to obtain timely approvals and resolve project concerns. Track and report on non-recurring engineering and fabrication costs. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and jobsite standards.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction, signage, or cladding industry. Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (or equivalent experience). Proficient in MS Office and project scheduling tools; ERP experience (Epicor or similar) preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Technical knowledge of cladding systems, ACM panels, and building envelope components is a strong asset. PMP certification or bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
