Job Summary


In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations.

Key Accountabilities:

Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking and inspection of cartons, pallets, or parts as assigned to support the operation Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and effectively Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and workspaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Address employee requests and concerns regarding facility maintenance in a professional manner Role will focus primarily on... + Grounds maintenance
+ Painting & cleaning walls, doors
+ Window/mirror cleaning
+ Trash/recycling removal
+ Wipe down and sanitizes surfaces in common areas...cafeterias, coffee areas
+ Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks restrooms
+ Handles leaf and snow removal as needed
+ Vacuuming & mopping
+ Cleans light fixtures
+ Maintains inventory of consumables, cleaning supplies etc.
+ Coordinates with subcontractors for special services...i.e. carpet wash etc.
+ Other tasks as instructed by Maintenance Supervisor
+ Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of general repair techniques Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Must be able to work from heights Effective verbal and written communication skills Sound understanding of hand and power tools ( screwdrivers, wrenches, impact drills) Proactive and positive attitude towards addressing maintenance needs

Preferred Requirements

2-3 years of previous experience in facility maintenance, janitorial work, or a related field in an industrial environment Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines Ability to operate a forklift
