We're looking for a

dedicated, reliable, and organized team member

to join us as a

Building Cleaner, Organizer, and Reception Assistant

. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment--both through the cleanliness of our building and through friendly, attentive front-desk service.

The ideal candidate is proactive, takes pride in their work, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. You'll be the first impression for our visitors and clients--whether greeting them at the reception desk or ensuring our spaces shine.

Key Responsibilities



Building Cleaning & Organization



Perform daily cleaning tasks including bathrooms, floors, ledges, offices, storage areas, hallway pickup/prganize and more. Keep all areas neat, sanitized, and well-maintained throughout the day. Organize storage rooms (clothing, marketing materials, supplies, etc.) and ensure spaces are tidy and efficient. Assist with setting up, decorating, putting seasonal clothes on bears and cleaning up for team events or lunches.

Errand Running



Deliver paperwork to local businesses or partners as needed. Drive company vehicles to appointments or pick up supplies. Complete various off-site errands that support company operations.

Reception Duties



Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and assist with inquiries. Keep the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming. Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing mail or correspondence. Maintain office supply inventory and reorder items as necessary. Have lunch going for team on Saturdays and cleanup Dress in Bear suit on Fridays being worked for marketing

Schedule- Note there is a possibility of the shifts being changed to fit your schedule-- not gaurantee'd but can be discussed- everyother Saturday is not going to change.

onday- 8:30-5:00pm Wednesday 10:00am to 7:00pm Every other Friday 8:30-6:00pm Every other Saturday ( Saturday is same rotation as Friday shift so Friday/Saturday) 9;00-4:00 During the day:Cleaning, errands, and organizing 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM:Reception duties (with light cleaning touch-ups)

Every Other Saturday:

9:00 AM - 4:00 Pm, Reception desk coverage and light building touch-ups

Additional Hours:


Extra shifts may be available when covering vacations, sick days, or special projects.
Hours may also be adjusted seasonally (for example, around school schedules).

Requirements



Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, and/or reception preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Positive, can-do attitude and dependable work ethic

Ability to perform physical tasks such as mopping, lifting boxes, and moving supplies*
Attention to detail and pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment Company shirts provided (Wheels and Deals) Appropriate attire: dark jeans (no rips), black pants, or neat work-out style pants Comfortable, proper looking shoes to be worn
