Inclined Elevation Inc. is a Canadian company that designs, builds, and services custom inclined elevators for private homes and cottages on steep properties. Since 2006, we've been creating innovative lift systems that improve safety and accessibility for homeowners across Ontario and beyond. Each project is unique, built on-site by small teams and designed to suit the specific landscape and customer needs.

We are a growing company based in Muskoka, and we're looking for dependable, hands-on Labourers to join our team. If you like working outdoors, using tools, and building things that make a difference, we want to hear from you.

The Role: Labourer

As a Labourer at Inclined Elevation, you'll assist with all aspects of lift installation and maintenance, working directly with our field and shop teams. This role offers variety throughout the year, including:

1. On-Site Lift Installation (Spring to Fall)

Assist with the setup and construction of incline elevators on residential and cottage properties

Carry and move materials, tools, and components Use basic hand and power tools to assemble and install equipment Help ensure the job site is safe, clean, and organized Work on steep terrain in outdoor environments Follow directions from site supervisors and crew leads

2. Maintenance and Repairs (Year-Round)

Help with routine maintenance and repairs of lifts under supervision Inspect parts and systems for wear or damage

3. Shop & Manufacturing Work (Primarily Winter - Based in Bracebridge, ON)

Work in our shop to help build and prepare parts and components for upcoming lift installations Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided) Organize materials and help with inventory tasks

What We're Looking For

Experience in construction, general labour, or mechanical work Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift heavy items and work on steep or uneven terrain Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Positive attitude and willingness to learn Safety-first mindset Valid G driver's license preferred Willingness to travel across Ontario (accommodation and mileage provided)

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
