The Buffet Attendant takes pride in quality food presentation to ensure the best possible culinary experience for casino guests.

Key Accountabilities:
Maintains cleanliness of Buffet Line during Open Hours.
Replenish & Maintains all Hot Buffet food items
Replenishing of Salad Buffet
Replenish & Restocking of Dessert Station
Ensuring all appropriate food utensils available for Guests
Ensuring buffet line is set Prior to opening
Assist with break down & Buffet closing duties
Maintains cleanliness of Ice Cream Machine
Minimal Preparations of Salad station Condiments
Supports culinary team to ensure efficient operation of all culinary operations

Education and Qualification Requirements:
Embraces the Casino Nova Scotia culture and philosophy and has a playful, infectious and "all about the guest" attitude!
Basic Food Safety Certificate an asset
Food and Beverage experience is an asset.
Must be able to work various shifts including nights, back shifts, weekends and holidays.
Must have excellent customer service skills with guests and co-workers.
Must be able to lift 25kg.
