Position:

Budtender - Customer Service

At THC, customer service is the heart of what we do. As a Budtender, you'll play a pivotal role in educating our customers, guiding them toward the perfect products, delivering a world-class in-store experience, and continuing to Set the Standard for retail cannabis in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Stay up to speed with the latest cannabis products, trends, and regulations. Collaborate with the South Vancouver team to drive sales and create a welcoming atmosphere. Greet and assist customers, building genuine connections and understanding preferences. Process transactions while following cash handling and loss prevention best-practices. Support the team with store cleanliness, inventory management, and merchandising.

What We're Looking For:

Cannabis knowledge is a must. Valid Selling It Right certification (required). Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (retail or hospitality preferred). Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Passionate about providing an unforgettable customer experience. Creative problem-solver who works well in a team. Must be 19 years or older. Indigenous candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
