We are looking for Budtenders who are equally enthusiastic about cannabis and the industry, enjoy helping educate others about different products and cannabis options, as well as are always open to learning more themselves. . We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cannabis industry, including the many different properties of cannabis strains, products, and their effects. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering questions about products, and helping customers make informed decisions when purchasing cannabis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the industry and wants to help educate others :) Responsibilities:

• Checking and verifying IDs of customers entering the store
• Ensure a tidy and inviting work environment for both customers and other staff
• Educate customers on the different strains and methods of consumption to best understand their effects.
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere to ensure customers feel comfortable to ask the questions they need to make informed decisions.
• Follow all provincial and fedceral laws and regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
• Ensure that all products are stored and handled in accordance with safety standards.
• Re stock , organize, and count cannabis products and accessories
• Efficiently operate compliant POS systems (Greenline and Buddi)
• Follows proper cash handling procedures, ( basic and efficient mathematical skills are an asset)
• Follow proper cleaning procedures posted - ensure the store and store front stays in a clean and organized condition daily
• Assist and follow with completing all tasks and duties, as assigned
• Always be open to receiving feedback, comments, and ways to improve as a team in the work place
