- Introducing new Cannabis users to the health benefits of Cannabis
- Building a loyal client base by acquiring new customers, developing the business from existing customers and retaining customers through a personalized approach
- Ensuring the store is well stocked, clean and professionally merchandised
- Keyholder - opening & closing the store
- Complying with all health, safety and regulatory policies set out by the Province and Health Canada
- Strong working knowledge of Cannabis
- Successful track record in a retail service/sales environment or hospitality industry
- Exceptional confidence in dealing with a wide variety of customers
- Must be 19 years or older
- Live in reasonable proximity to our Victoria retail locations
- Must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, days, evenings and weekends
- Access to reliable transportation
- Excellent level of business English
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of teams
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong customer service/sales orientation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Extremely agile and can respond quickly to change
- Can work effectively under tight timelines
- Ability to take initiative and work unsupervised
