  • Building genuine customer relationships using exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Educating & informing customers about cannabis, RARE\xe2\x80\x99s terpene-forward Mood Movement, and complementary cannabis accessories.
  • Helping the canna-curious, new consumers, and seasoned enthusiasts to successfully navigate the ever-evolving cannabis product landscape.
  • Elevating customer experiences using problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Maintaining a high standard of inventory and order accuracy through the entire customer journey.
Industry Knowledge
  • Staying informed on Provincial & Federal Regulations.
  • Staying on-top of latest products, brands, and industry news through continuous learning.
  • Sharing product knowledge and personal experiences with team members and customers.
Team & Community Spirit
  • Supporting overall company goals through engaged feedback, and self- development.

Qualifications & Core Competencies include:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a retail position preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory control and other standard operating procedures.
  • Track record in delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Team player \xe2\x80\x93 you value integrity, trust, inclusiveness, and honesty.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with positivity and accuracy.
  • Must have a valid AGLC SellSafe and Qualified Cannabis Worker (QCW) Certification at the time of application.
  • Must complete AGLC-mandated background check.
  • Ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Airdrie, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
