We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages according to standard recipes. Operate the Micros POS system for processing transactions efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Assist with food preparation and serving as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling practices. Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.

Experience

Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Experience in the food industry is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
