Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and Bubble tea providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve various coffee and bubble tea drinks following company recipes.
- Operate espresso machines and other food preparation equipment.
- Assist customers in selecting beverages and pastries.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
Requirements
- Experience in the cafe (must be comfortable with manual coffee machine and latte art.
- Experience in the food industry or customer service.- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling.- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.- Ability to work independently.- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $17.40 per hour
