A Key Role in Our Affordable Therapy Program

This position is part of our Affordable Therapy Program, designed to reduce barriers to care by offering high-quality, evidence-based therapy at a more accessible rate. You'll help meet a growing community need while delivering the same exceptional standard of care that The Relationship Centre is known for.

About the Role

As a BSW Therapist (Registered Social Worker), you will provide individual therapy to children, teens, and adults using evidence-based approaches aligned with our attachment and trauma-informed framework.

This role does not include couples therapy. However, there is the opportunity to provide family therapy if you have the interest and experience.

You'll work as an Independent Contractor, with the flexibility to design a schedule that fits your life while being part of a team that believes in collaboration, connection, and ongoing growth.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a therapist who:
- Is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with OCSWSSW
- Has training or interest in attachment-based and trauma-informed therapy
- Wants to work with individual clients (children, teens, or adults)
- Is open to family therapy, depending on experience and interest
- Thrives in a team culture that values collaboration, authenticity, and mutual support
- Is passionate about making therapy more accessible in their community

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
