Role : Business Systems Analyst - Retail Core banking, Retail Investment, Jira, Confluence Location: Toronto ,ON Full time/ Contract (Hybrid )
- 6+ years of minimum experience in business analysis or related field.
- Experience in running UATs with business groups and ability to triage and articulate defects.
- Previous industry experience in Retail Core banking, Retail Investment preferred.
- Experience integrating JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in both Waterfall & Agile project environment.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and Visio (or another diagramming tool).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
- Basic Understanding of Programming language concepts: OO programming technologies, MQ.
- Experience working in DevOps pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus, etc).
