Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong analytical skills and a passion for supporting enterprise real estate applications? This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain solid banking experience, work across both corporate and technology groups, and build valuable connections within a major financial institution.
Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for a BSA - Real Estate who will lead requirements gathering, application support, business testing, and operational readiness for Enterprise Real Estate applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex application lifecycle activities while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements gathering activities for key real estate projects and programs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide business testing, operational support, and change management oversight across enterprise real estate application processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for designated applications, including system components, interfaces, data flows, business rules, and overall functionality.
  • Liaise with business partners to analyze multiple complex variables, troubleshoot issues, and deliver expert problem-solving guidance.
  • Support the full application lifecycle, including intake, enhancements, system changes, and adoption activities.
  • Deliver documentation for business-owned artifacts in accordance with client's Project Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC).
  • Provide day-to-day process management, ensuring application support activities meet service level agreements.
  • Identify workflow optimization opportunities, recommending improvements, automation, and process efficiencies.
  • Support deployments and initiatives linked to owned or managed applications.
  • Communicate project status, raise issues proactively, and ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout execution.
Desired Skill Set:
  • 5+ years of relevant Business Systems Analyst or application support experience.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, including data analysis methods and advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUPs).
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with multiple business and IT teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and a demonstrated sense of urgency.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with real estate tools such as Tririga.
  • Background in technology or enterprise application management.
  • Previous experience in banking or financial institutions.
