Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
- Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff
- Oversee food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as cook or chef
- Knowledge of restaurant management and hospitality industry
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
