Position Overview

We're looking for a warm, organized, and fashion-minded

Bridal Service & Consultation Specialist

to join our growing team.
This role blends customer service, styling, and studio support -- ideal for someone who loves weddings, design, and working one-on-one with brides.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist brides during their consultation and fitting appointments Prepare gowns for fittings and assist with pinning, dressing, and steaming Take detailed notes and communicate alteration details to seamstresses Manage appointment schedules and maintain a tidy, elegant workspace Ensure every bride enjoys a seamless and professional experience Assist with gown pickups, client communication, and general studio tasks

Qualifications

Experience in

bridal, fashion retail, alterations, or customer service

preferred Strong eye for detail, style, and fabric Professional, friendly, and confident communicator Ability to stay calm and organized during busy bridal seasons Sewing knowledge or a design background is an asset but not required

Schedule

Flexible hours (10am-6pm typical) Some evenings and weekends required during bridal season

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 8-12 months

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
