About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven

Sales Representative

to grow our presence across Alberta. This role involves building strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and liquor stores while sharing a passion for high-quality, locally crafted beverages.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business and grow existing client relationships. Conduct outbound calls and cold visits to potential clients. Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Accurately track sales visits and interactions in CRM software. Support the execution of sales and brand strategies. Attend sales meetings and contribute to planning initiatives. Represent the product with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years

of sales experience (preferably in B2B or beverage sales). Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable with cold calling and proactive selling. Highly organized and self-motivated. Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Passion for craft beverages is a strong asset. ProServe certification preferred. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (travel required).

Working Environment

Regular travel, including long periods of driving. Ability to lift up to 25kg/55lbs and stand for extended periods. Exposure to varying temperatures and noisy environments.
