Join the Indie Alehouse Bottle Shop Team! The Indie Alehouse bottle shop at the Brewpub in the Junction has an opening for a craft beer enthusiast and retail specalist to lead and manage a small team to deliver exceptional customer service, sales results and opertional excellence. The Bottle Shop is the heart of the business, greeting customers as they enter the brewpub, and serving our local community and on-line shoppers with our award winning craft beer. This is an excellent entry level position and opportunity to grow with the company in many capacities. Primary duties are:
- Assist customers in-store with their purchases using your beer knowledge and customer service skills (we will also provide extensive beer training)
- Managing on-line orders for end-to-end fulfilment
- Maintain a stock and inventory list, ensure the store operates smoothly and is well staffed and run
- Deliver on sales targets
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Toronto, ON M6P 1Y8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- craft beer: 1 year (required)
- retail sales: 1 year (required)
