Salt Spring Brewing Company is growing, and we're looking to add an experienced Brewer or

Assistant Brewer to our team! If you're passionate about craft beer, have hands-on experience

in a production brewery, and want to work in a collaborative, team-first environment--we

want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

? Operate and maintain our canning line (experience preferred but not compulsory)

? Perform cellar work including CIP/SIP, dry hopping, transfers, and carbonation

? Assist in wort production on brew days (or lead them, depending on experience)

? Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the brewery

? Monitor and record fermentation and quality data

? Pitch in wherever needed-- Deliveries, cleaning kegs, organizing inventory, assisting on

brew days, and more. We're a small team and everyone helps make it happen

What We're Looking For:

? Previous brewery or food production experience

? Experience with a canning line is a strong asset

? Willingness to take on any task and work collaboratively

? Strong work ethic and attention to detail

? Ability to lift 25+ kg and work in a physically demanding environment

? Passion for craft beer and a desire to grow with a team

? Valid driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20-$22 per hour

Expected hours: 20 to 40 per week depending on your needs

Please note, we do not have staff housing available on site but can help on the search.
