Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks promptly.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and promotions. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining attention to detail. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest safety.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Majority of shifts are weekend and very few during weekdays if needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour
