Job Overview

As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have a pleasant experience from start to finish. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide outstanding customer service will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the dining area and kitchen. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders. Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, providing excellent guest services. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders. Time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables at once. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with cash handling and cashiering duties is advantageous. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Pay: $15.80-$16.30 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
