Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, especially breakfast restaurants with high-volume establishments. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. This shift is for Friday and weekend includes.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
