We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and safety, with a commitment to delivering high-quality meals during breakfast lunch and dinner. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive delicious and well-presented dishes while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help with inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
Participate in training new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques.
Experience
Previous experience as a Breakfast Cook or in a similar role within the food industry is must.
Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices is essential.
Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members in the kitchen.
