Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Serve food and beverages to customers with a focus on excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle food items safely and efficiently, ensuring proper storage and handling practices are followed. Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages to management. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong skills in cooking, food preparation, and serving techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for the food industry and providing exceptional customer service is highly valued.
