Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality and presentation Assist in food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and delivering meals promptly Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations Support food preparation activities including chopping, mixing, and assembling dishes Follow recipes accurately and assist in meal planning as needed Ensure proper food safety practices are followed at all times during food handling and service Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain smooth kitchen operations

Skills

Proven experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food industry standards Experience with meal preparation, food service, and restaurant operations preferred Attention to detail in food presentation and hygiene practices Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt to menu changes as needed
