Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Serve food to customers with attention to presentation and quality.
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
Adhere to all health regulations and company policies regarding food safety.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Experience in cooking, meal preparation, and kitchen operations is highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
