Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast menu items such as eggs, pancakes, omelettes, and other short-order dishes.
Ensure all meals are prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, cooking line, and prep areas.
Monitor inventory and inform management of low stock or equipment issues.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
as a breakfast or line cook (preferred).
Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and portion control.
Ability to handle multiple orders under pressure.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Availability to work
early mornings, weekends, and holidays
as needed.
Food Handler's Certificate (an asset but not required).
