Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming breakfast experience for guests by preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where guest satisfaction is our top priority. Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or related roles is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality and food service excellence.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment Set up buffet stations and replenish items as needed throughout service hours Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly guest relations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and payments Buss tables promptly and manage guest requests efficiently Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during food handling and preparation Restock supplies and ensure the breakfast area remains organized and inviting Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery of orders Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality preferred; kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food preparation, meal presentation, and basic cooking skills preferred Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed; availability for breakfast shifts required Friendly demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork
