Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a delightful dining experience. This role involves food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area.

Duties

Prepare, cook and set up the breakfast area prior to service, including arranging food items and beverages. Serve breakfast items to guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Food preparation and cooking, adhering to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Monitor food inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as necessary. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking, meal preparation, and cleaning practices. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in handling food. A background in restaurant or hotel environments is beneficial. Barista experience is an advantage for those interested in beverage preparation.
